Duro Browser TV is an Android TV web browser app designed for big-screen browsing, remote-friendly navigation, bookmarks, history, downloads, language selection, and optional Premium features.

2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal information through developer-controlled servers. The app does not send the following information to us:

- Browsing history
- Downloaded file list or download metadata
- Language preference
- Search queries or URLs typed into the browser

- Photos, videos, microphone audio, SMS, phone call data, or contact list data
3. No Advertising SDK, No Advertising ID, and No Developer Analytics
Duro Browser TV does not include third-party advertising SDKs, banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, native ad networks, or developer-controlled analytics SDKs. The app does not use the Android Advertising ID.
4. Local Data Stored on Your Device
To provide browser functionality, Duro Browser TV may store certain information locally on your Android TV device:
- Bookmarks: saved website shortcuts.
- Browsing history: recently visited pages stored for your convenience.
- Downloads metadata: file names or related local download information used to display your download list.
- Language preference: the interface language selected inside the app.
- Premium status: purchase status information returned by Google Play Billing to unlock Premium features.
This information is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide app features. We do not receive or store this information on our own servers.
5. Open Web Browsing and Third-Party Websites
Duro Browser TV lets you browse the open web. Websites opened inside the browser may collect, use, store, or share data according to their own privacy policies and technologies, such as cookies, embedded media, scripts, login forms, payment forms, or tracking systems.
We do not own or control third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to Duro Browser TV and does not apply to websites you choose to visit through the browser.
6. Premium Purchases and Google Play Billing
Duro Browser TV may offer optional Premium features through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or process your payment card details, billing address, or Google account password.
The app receives purchase status information from Google Play only to determine whether Premium features should be unlocked. Google Play may process purchase-related data according to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
7. Downloads, Opening Files, and Sharing Files
Downloaded files are stored in the app-specific downloads area on your device. Depending on your device and Android system settings, you may be able to open, share, or delete downloaded files from within the app.
If you choose to share a downloaded file using Android’s system share options, the app or service you select to receive the file will handle that file according to its own privacy policy.
8. Permissions
Duro Browser TV uses the permissions necessary for its core features:
- Internet access: to load websites.
- Network state access: to support browser connectivity behavior.
- Google Play Billing: to process optional Premium purchases.
The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, precise location, or advertising ID permissions.
9. Cookies and Website Storage
Websites you visit may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies inside the browser. These technologies are controlled by the websites you visit, not by Duro Browser TV. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored browser-related data from your device.
10. Ad Blocking and Content Filtering
Premium features may include a built-in ad blocker that blocks many common ad and tracking requests on supported websites. This feature works inside the app’s browser environment and is designed to improve browsing comfort. It does not guarantee that all ads or tracking technologies on every website will be blocked.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Since we do not operate developer-controlled servers for bookmarks, history, downloads metadata, analytics, advertising, or account login, we do not transfer those types of data from the app to our servers.
Third-party websites opened in the browser and Google Play services used for Premium purchases may process data under their own policies.
12. Children and Target Audience
Duro Browser TV is not designed for children and is not directed to users under the age of 18. Because the app is a general-purpose web browser, users may access open web content that is outside our control.
13. Data Retention
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. We do not maintain a server-side copy of your bookmarks, browsing history, downloads metadata, or language preference.
14. Data Deletion
You can remove local app data in the following ways:
- Delete bookmarks, browsing history, or downloads from inside the app where available.
- Clear the app’s storage from Android system settings.
- Uninstall the app from your device.

15. Security
Duro Browser TV is designed to keep browser data local on your device where possible. However, no app, device, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid entering sensitive information on websites you do not trust.
16. International Users
Duro Browser TV may be available in multiple countries and languages. Third-party websites and Google Play services may process data according to their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable laws.
